The problem to pinpoint the relative value of time in a Gravitational Time Mechanics (GTM) situation has turned out to unrealistic. From Step 1, Base (B) 2, every thing works by a multiple or division of 2 except volume (v) by 8, energy (e) by 8 and time, presumed v + e related by 8, in an exponential system
(See ALRBT). But I never felt sure about this and I did not have a satisfying answer for that problem because it is cube interrelated. I thought that if a 2m tall human being, residing in a 2m³ cube, is reduced by half to 1m tall, transferred into a 1m³ cube, consequently the cube volume by GTM is reduced from outer space time (OST) to inner space time (IST) in a division by 8. Hence the 1m person reduced into a 1m³ cube would have 8 times the daily energy (e) available in this condensed cube state, hence 8 days aging on earth surface Step 0, B1 had to be equal to 1day (aging) at Step 1, B 2 IST. The unimaginable accumulation of this into itself concentrating energy of 8 x e per ½ division progression of GTM flowing from OST into IST dimensions (D), could be explained by currant knowledge of science. Thus postulating; a dark energy transfers into dark matter, (E=M Einstein) changing into dark flow, changing into lower D e concentrations, as the galaxies of the universe (U) =U1\D1, leading into (Uminus1)\D2, leading into U-2\D3, U-3\D4, U-4\D5 etc. etc., potentially to infinity but offset by time (according to agspri papers). Call it compounding atom energy transit mechanics (CAETM), which also works in reverse from potential infinity, back to U-4\D5, U-3\D4, to U-2\D3, to U-1\D2, to U1\D1, the D cycle, of galaxies in the universe, contracting or expanding, from OST into IST or in reverse at some outer fringes also involving solar systems within galaxies and possible interchanges within cosmic nebulas, a living (breezing in and out like motion) universe. And because, at a progressive hyper gravity, bias extreme mass contraction, bias the related retardation effect on the flow of time, there could not have been a big Bang, no (actual) Steady State, no Beginning, no End, only a Renewal, a D (energy-mass) inter change, (And He said, - For where the Beginning is there will the End be. Th. 18) This cycle in its return from the infinite time well ‘sleep off matter’, constitutes a rebirth, a universal cleansing come back, from potential infinity, into our time frame U1\D1. GTM allow an explanation for many observed phenomenon and facts in the universe. Now after all these postulations, the ratio of 1:8 for v and e (IST to OST) remains, but the progression ratio of 1:8 for time (IST to OST) per step into IST could not possibly be correct. A contracting spring loaded mechanical clock provides no answer for GTM it only becomes a smaller clock mechanism, with the same gear ratio effect.
Therefore if one creates a scenario by imagining a train on a straight track moving across from left to right 500m in front of my sight the lane is sectioned by telegraph poles 100m apart. A train is approaching, exactly 100m long, filling out the space between 2 poles by the length of the moving train. This takes 10 seconds, from the moment of entering the space between 2 poles. I focus onto 3 spaces a total of 300m for the train to traverse. Hence it takes 30 seconds (3x10) to fill (the third) the last space. I observe this in real time OST Step zero, B1. I turn the dial to IST Step1, B2, now in IST the track is shortened by half, to three times 50m. The length of the train is reduced to one half, so is the whole scene three dimensional. I did not notice any change. The speed of the train is also slowed down by ½. Because the diameter of the train wheels is halved, the wheels seem to turn at the same revolutions as before. The train seems to move at the same speed but it takes half the time 10/2 seconds IST = 10 seconds OST, to fill one frame. Hence time has slowed down by ½ to the observer being in IST. He does not notice the time differentiation. To the observer, to me, this seems one normal event of time in IST. I will perceive a day in this scenario as one full day but it is a (1day IST day)/2 that relates to a 1 day, OST day. This assumed, all Base related, time ratio works through all the Base positions like B2, B4, B8, B16, etc. by substituting a B value at B1, step zero and following it through with any of the B position numbers from that point, as mathematically demonstrated in the ALRBT by agspri.com.au.

For science to consider; according to Gravitational Time Mechanics (GTM) at progressive hyper gravity, bias extreme mass contraction, bias the related retardation effect on the flow of time, there could not have been a Big Bang, there is no ‘actual Steady State’, there is no ‘Beginning, there is no End’, only a Renewal, a living breezing, in and out like motion, Universe (U) or U1 a contraction - expansion cycle. That is, solar systems U1 contract within Galaxies, Galaxies contracting from one dimension (D) into the next lower D at an outer fringe. That is, from the solar system, U1\D 1 to an atomic size (Uminus1)\D2, to a subatomic U-2\D3, to U-3\D4, U-4\D5 etc. to potential infinity, offset by time. It works in reverse from potential infinity, to U-4\D5, to U-3\D4 etc. back to U1\D1, sensed as dark energy (e) transfer, into dark matter, into dark flow and to lower D e concentrations. This cycle in its return from the infinite time well ’sleep of matter,’ constitutes a rebirth, a universal cleansing, come
back, from potential infinity into our time frame U1\D1.
