If one wanted to discus the possibility of a 'real time' exploration of the universe we have the handicap (a): for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. This leads to (b), nothing can travel faster than the speed of light. Our forbear’s sailed the oceans, with sea worthy ships to explore our world. Cosmic vessels using gravitational mechanics (GM) will show us the way and gravitational time mechanics (GTM) will get us any where, by providing a controllable coordination between gravity, time and acceleration to many times the speed of light C. this may be understood by the INEQUALITY FORCE LAW; EXTERNAL FORCES ACTING WITHIN OPPOSING EQUALITY = C, INTERNAL FORCES AGTING WITHIN OPPOSING INEQUALITY = C+. Demonstrated and mathematically explainable by a 'cosmic calculus'; an exponential progressive chart the ALL LEVEL RELATIVE BASE TABLE (ALRBT) see BT explanation 11.12.08. The same allows us to work out gravity inter related events, at every base (B) level within a dimension (D). This is important to synchronize time between cosmic travelers and the planet dwellers left behind, so that the difference in the aging process between the two parties does not become to indifferent, that means, deep space trips shouldn't take any longer, than three to five years. A rational equalization of time at multiple 'G' acceleration, to multiple speeds of light out in the cosmos from the home B will be a greater challenge than the technique of multiple speed of light travel itself. It is the continuous acceleration into the next lower B; B2,B3,B4 etc. (ALRBT=B1,B2,B4,B8 etc.) that leads into the next lower D, all of which involves a causative, serious variable of time. Scientists and explorers who want to be time travelers can enter the black hole at the center of our galaxy, they will come to know, properly prepared (GTM frequency adjusted), the cosmic relativity of time due to gravity, as a life preserver not as a destroyer. It will be found that time preserves life in its complete DNA formation, and the ships entirety. A high tech Noah's Arc, passing through the Ds within the Universe (U) at the right calculated B contraction rate equalized to the gravitational power of the black hole. After the reemergence on the other end, and perhaps lost in time and location, leaves the need to opt for a suitable planet in a solar system, perhaps in a different galaxy. On arrival the gravity rate is adjusted to that of the chosen planet, preferable B1 (limit B 1.5 ?) and vol-la out of nowhere, supreme life forms emerged on a planet to join the existing dwellers. If the ship has no equipment to mine and process raw material to manufacture or at least repair electronic equipment not to mention to build a new space craft, then after the ship has deteriorated and fifty to a hundred thousand years later no body would remember, - 'just like us'??........ If we wanted to put the above into a GTM prospective and use the ALRBT as 'cosmic calculus', to do so, then we need to calculate to step 80 + 1 to enter into (U minus 2\D3) = (U-2\D3), to guarantee a collision free journey. Step 80 = Base (B) 1,208,952,820,000,000,000,000,000 shortened to B 1,2x10²⁴; Step 81 = B 2.4x10²⁴. At step 80 a 300m long tube shaped spacecraft, divided by B 1.2x10²⁴ would reduce down to 2.5 x10^-22 m in length. The acceleration of the ship calculated under these conditions of contraction, starting at step zero, B1 at 1m/s, then by an exponential progression 'down' to step 80 = 1m/s x B 1.2x10²⁴ = 1.2x10²⁴ m/s velocity. Compare this, with the distance from our solar system to the Andromeda Galaxy which is 2.17592154x10²² m, the Universe does not seem to be so vast after all. This presumption would allow the possibility of instant cosmic communication, by multiple speed of light postal drones. Since time slows down proportional to the above out lined GTM change of conditions, by the ALRBT at step 80, one B 1 second outer space time (OST), divided by B 1.2x10²⁴ = 1/1.2x10²⁴ second, inner space time (IST). Conclusive a 1/1.2x10²⁴ experienced fraction of a second in IST equals one experienced second of OST (in our time) at this level of GTM. For an energy build up according to the ALRBT, when length is reduced divided by 2, volume is proportional reduced divided by 8 and consequently energy is conserved (condensed) by GTM, from 8x1m³ cube units (CU)^s into a 1m³ CU. Explaining, if a 2m tall person at B 1 lived in a 2³m CU and enters into B2 step 1, where he/she contracts to 1m tall to live in a 1x1m³ CU. That would mean a concentration of a 8x1m³ CUs of energy into a 1x1m³ CU. He/she, at 1m tall, would have entered into an environment with 8 times, to his/her former size, the resources available compared to the previous situation, therefor, since he/she needs 8 times less energy, it is clearly a 'preservation' a storage of energy. If we keep on to continue this down to step 80, starting at step zero, we have an exponential derived energy reserve (stored up) available as and within a CU of (1/B 1.2x10²⁴ )³, for a person contracted to this CU size within this time frame. For gravity evaluation, if we take a gravity value at step zero B1 as 1, then the power of gravity at step 80 = 1 x B 1.2x10²⁴ times the initial force. This would be, be on, normal comprehension especially if a whole planet, a solar system, a galaxy or even a cluster of galaxy's got involved into this contraction process within an area of the Universe. Here is a potential to explain; (1) dark energy, as a extreme GM power acting outward from within mass of the lower D^s.
