Extract: Page 2. Yet this machine comes closed in principle, to create a centrifugal manipulation of all three values, mass velocity and radius per rotation, for only if all three values change per 180 degrees, can one create a visually and measurable force.

Page 3. The object is to prove this force, if ever so minute in its singularity. With that achieved the invention will act as a test machine, to prove an ever recycling function of the universe, by all moons, planets and solar systems and it will also prove the function of gravity.
It is hoped that, since more than one weight, works only perfectly synchronized, that if this can be achieved electronically, the machine could produce a small but continual force to propel spaceships.

CENTRIFUGAL FORCE MANIPULATOR MOVIE JULY 3 2002

After 16 years the CENTRIFUGAL FORCE MANIPULATOR was finally brought out of the cupboard and taken for a test run. It didn't perform as efficiently as in 1886 though it does still shows positive linear force ..Reason for the re-filming of the CENTRIFUGAL FORCE MANIPULATOR was to remove any doubt of its directional movement due to the clarity of the introduction movie that was filmed in 1986...The movie below is much clearer and will demonstrate that centrifugal force is no longer a fictitious force..( THE KEY TO THE UNIVERSE )

Please note... The centrifugal/centripetal force manipulator was finally perfected not so much as to be of great importance as a space craft thruster but to show the possibility of the GM frequency theory.........
