Dear Sir.
The key to the universe is a 30 year research into gravitational space
propulsion. It would file at NASA under abstract ideas. The idea is
soundly based on the function of a machine called the centrifugal force
manipulator. This machine converts a rotational force into a linear
force or In other words manipulates the centrifugal force into a linear
Force.
By some scientific presumption this is mathematically and by statement
out of the question. Yet this machine creates a linear force of approx.
0.5 Newton at approx. 2.6 rps. Picture front page of attachment, a diagram
at page 7, some explanation page 12-1 etc. Since all my research over
a long period of time, no matter how hard a tried, whether
I manipulated fluids or weights, centrifugal or centripetal, the final
result of approx. 0.5 N was to be found like a needle in a haystack.
Secondly no matter how many attempts I made to combine a number of those
machines so that a hundred of them would work in the hull of a spaceship,
powered by solar energy and produce a force of 100 times 0.5 N, this
idea does not work either. The machine works only as an individual just
like an atom seems to in its envelope. A long time ago before I came
to these conclusions it dawned on me,(just as if one where to bundle
up a 100 machines) every single atom in all mass works like my centrifugal
force manipulator and if the force of every atom was centre earth directed
that would have to be gravity. Now some force or interaction must guide
every atom to direct a part of its linear force centre earth, centre
mass, just that way and at- least as many times per second as is necessary
to create the measure- able force of gravity as shown by Isaac Newton
or the weight of mass per quantum on earth surface. I sorted out a number
of ideas and the one that seems to answer to most of the questions is
my frequency theory. This is explained at page 4a,4b, 12-2 12-3 attach.

this review, we have determined that our centre cannot support your

sufficient priority for funding this work over other programs that are
